How I got started in Jewelry Manufacturing & Content Creation!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
calling a coin instead of bar is so bothering
what about mixing metal, like titanium for the prong
I know of a better way, just send me a pound of the stuff.😂
Make them bigger on purpose and then it's just a matter of cutting right.
a good way to avoid air bubbles in molds is use a vacuum chamber.... so I've heard and seen, never made molds myself.
Simple solution, dont make 24k jewelry
Bro,cool, but that is welding not soldering. Not trying to be a dick, just helping you be “Accurate “
Flatten out the scrap dummy
This is whats so great about these shorts. If received one with a weird belly button id be annoyed but now ive seen this id find the bellybutton endearing as a mark of true craftsmanship ensuring its the right weight
im a girl and got no idea lol
As a professional RUclips commenter, I can confirm that gold loss during polishing is like trying to shave off a little bit of weight by buffing your shoes-sure, you'll look shinier, but where did that 0.0001 grams of gold go? Probably hanging out with all the single socks that disappear from the laundry!
Bangle on a ngga? 💀
Why 37.5g?? A Troy ounce is 31.1g
I wear 22k gold every day on construction sites.
I've seen people wear 24k necklaces and pendants they've had it for years. It looked good to me but yes it was a bit chunky. I'd be worried too if it was really thin.
Is that rhino?
It survives for 10 to 20 year with just 5 grams of it
Id rather a bar of chocolate anyday , good day to you sir
Nah, i disagree becouse it scratches SO EASY and the tiniest fall will make a pretty noticable dent so yeah...i disagree it definetly not for every day use.
Who oversees the production to confirm its 99.9% gold rather than some metal mixed in ?
Why do you make them 37.5 and not 31.1
Surely youd just collect enough for a new round and remelt and pour all together? Doing 8 manual adjustments here and there seems like it would be longer.
As someone who dresses in Victorian clothing daily, I would say you can definitely wear a 24k pocket watch or collar stud or collar pin all the time if you want to, they’ll hold up fine.
Бля я думал он кукурузу насыпает😂
You need a triple beam
So that's why gold bars have that weird thumbprint burn on them
Its a bat, not a coin 🪙
Coins are round.
Just realized you're probably doing that on purpose to bait people - oh well, good thing the ''do not recommend'' button is there :))))
you're welding them together, soldering and brazing are done without melting the base metal. Also annealing is a process of heat treatment with the goal of softening the metal.
fold a piece in, save all that gas
James u inspire me as i really wanted to be a jewellery designer for a while but i don’t know if i will be successful
You wanna zero your scale? Or is there a step I’m missing here
Use gold leaf and melt it on
Extra when pressing the coin mold its easier to remove less rain drop effect
ksksksksk achei q era pipoca
So long as you are legit about your pricing. Then it doesn't matter what the gold looks like.
I would put a chamfer on the stamp it'll add a little bit of metal and around some of the corners
Do it right the first time.
Who’s your trusted gold seller?
300
Use 4 scales 😆
Flatten some gold scraps into paper, thin pieces that you could rip with your hands for easier handling and easier melting.
So how does one know this isn't a 14k blot on a ssmple rated 999?
Wouldn’t you end up with a nicer looking end product if you made them over weight from the start and then trimmed on edge to be perfect?
Why 37.5 when a toz is 31.1?
Would that extra piece cold weld to the coin under a press? I have a press, send me some samples, I'll check.
Why 37.5 grams
You could also measure it and press it in a press mould since you have a press
Measure it melt it put it in a mould
